The tech-driven design company, A.S.Helsingö (helsingo.com) launched in 2016 on the belief that everyone deserves the joy of beautiful, personal kitchen and home – for an affordable price tag. Our proprietary digital platform makes our reasonably priced design kitchens and storage units available globally. We’re growing fast with sales to 18 countries via our online store and will continue to expand rapidly to become a recognized European brand within the consumer Internet space.

Our kitchens, wardrobes and sideboards are created by combining exquisite materials, carefully thought out colours and details with IKEA cabinet ranges. Our products are locally manufactured in Finnish Lake District using traditional methods.

2. Responsibilities

  • • Manage all aspects of paid media marketing, from strategy to planning and execution
  • • Responsible for handling the direct bid strategy, campaign optimizations, and reporting. Launch and analyze complex paid social campaigns
  • • Drive traffic to website, landing pages, and social media with the intent of optimizing & increasing conversion rates.
  • • Lead efforts to discover the next big customer acquisition strategy. You'll find, evaluate, test, and prove out currently untapped opportunities to improve performance throughout the conversion funnel.
  • • Work with our creative team to build engagement with our various owned audiences (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, email, blog)
  • • Own the analytics and measurement of digital marketing performance – regularly analyzing and reporting on all online marketing initiatives overseen by the position to continuously optimize overall online mix and performance.
  • • Support the E-commerce team in prioritization and implementation of new and enhanced website functionalities to improve the customer experience.
  • • Manage and support development initiatives that provide customers with an improved experience across their customer journey, regardless of the channel they use.

3. Qualifications

  • • Fluent in Finnish and English. Fluency in Swedish is considered a major plus.
  • • 2+ years of relevant performance marketing experience, preferably from an agency
  • • Strong experience in online marketing (Inbound, SEM, SEO). Especially, a deep understanding of Paid Social best practices (Facebook, Instagram, etc.) is a must. Hands-on experience managing bid strategy, campaign optimizations, and reporting.
  • • Experience using CRM and marketing automation tools is a plus
  • • Proven ability to think strategically and develop comprehensive, data-driven marketing plans
  • • End-to-end understanding of the advertising process- campaign set up, tracking, optimization and attribution.
  • • A passion for data and experience of analyzing a marketing funnel; you can identify and size different growth opportunities and various ways to meet them.
  • • Grit and willingness to test continuously. Always coming up with new ideas to improve performance.
